You\u2019ll self-inject PALYNZIQ just under the skin (subcutaneously). Then, your clinic team will adjust your dose based on how you respond to treatment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PALYNZIQ comes in prefilled syringes and is available in 3 dosage strengths:<\/strong><\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n<figure id=\"acf-block-6529bbd644dc8\">\n    <div class=\"image image-responsive image-rounded image-align-left\">\n                    <div class=\"image-desktop\">\n\t\t\t    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/palynziq.biomarin.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/10\/single-dose-syringes-desktop-1900x248.png\" alt=\"Image of single dose syringes for palynziq\" \/>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"image-mobile\">\n\t\t\t    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/palynziq.biomarin.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/10\/single-dose-syringes-mobile.png?v=0.99\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n    <\/figure>\n\n<div id=\"acf-block-67daf2c7316d3\" class=\"block-wysiwyg\">\n            <ul>\n<li><strong>PALYNZIQ is only available from pharmacies that participate in PALYNZIQ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palynziqrems.com\/#Main\" target=\"_blank\">REMS<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"no-bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"no-bullet\">These pharmacies will:<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that you\u2019ve received and filled your prescription for autoinjectable epinephrine<\/li>\n<li>Call you to schedule a time for PALYNZIQ to be delivered to your home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Store PALYNZIQ in a refrigerator<\/strong> at 36\u00b0F to 46\u00b0F<\/li>\n<li class=\"no-bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li>If needed, you may store PALYNZIQ at room temperature (68\u00b0F to 77\u00b0F) for up to 30 days<\/li>\n<li>If stored at room temperature, do not put PALYNZIQ back in the refrigerator<\/li>\n<li>Remember to write the date that you remove PALYNZIQ from the refrigerator on the carton<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep PALYNZIQ in its original carton<\/strong> to protect it from light<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not freeze or shake<\/strong> PALYNZIQ<\/li>\n<li><strong>Properly dispose of PALYNZIQ<\/strong> if it has been kept at room temperature for 30 days or after the expiration date, whichever comes first<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep PALYNZIQ out of reach of children<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Always inspect<\/strong> your prefilled syringe of PALYNZIQ:<\/li>\n<li class=\"no-bullet\">\n<ul>\n<li>Check the expiration date<\/li>\n<li>Check to make sure the liquid is clear and colorless to pale yellow. It is injected right under the skin (subcutaneously). When a new treatment enters the body, the immune system doesn&#8217;t know what it is and may react to it. If you experience any of these symptoms, reach out to your clinic team right away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember:<\/strong> If you do have a serious allergic reaction with PALYNZIQ, it doesn\u2019t always mean it will happen again.
